Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
